2. What We Collect
Depending on how you interact with AgentSlice, we may process:
- name and email address
- order information, such as product purchased, price, date and order ID
- billing details needed by the checkout provider for tax, VAT and invoicing
- support messages you send to us
- newsletter consent and unsubscribe status, if you subscribe
- basic technical information from hosting or checkout systems, such as IP address and logs
We do not intentionally collect payment card details directly. Payment information is processed by the checkout/payment provider.
3. Why We Use Personal Data
- to process purchases and deliver the digital product
- to send receipts, download links and purchase-related emails
- to provide customer support
- to comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations
- to send product updates or marketing emails if you have consented
- to protect the site, checkout and product from abuse

We rely on the following legal bases where applicable:
- contract: to sell and deliver AgentSlice to you
- legal obligation: for accounting, tax and consumer law requirements
- legitimate interests: for basic security, support and product operations

We may use third-party providers for checkout, payments, taxes, email, hosting, analytics and support:
- Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments, tax handling and file delivery
- Lemon Squeezy for transactional email and optional email marketing
- Cloudflare Pages for website hosting
6. International Transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside Norway or the EU/EEA. Where required, this should be protected by appropriate safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and accounting records may be kept as long as required by law. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable support history. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
8. Cookies And Tracking
The AgentSlice static landing page is designed to work without non-essential cookies. The checkout provider may use cookies or similar technologies on checkout pages. Check their privacy and cookie notices for details.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of your data. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Norway, this is Datatilsynet.
